HOLY HORSESHIT, BATMAN!

My name is Barry Allen. To the world, I’m the fastest man alive.

youngjusticer:

Mr. Smiley-face commits crimes with countless comedic weapons such as razor-sharp playing cards, acid flowers, cyanide pies, lethal electric joy buzzers, and Joker Venom, a deadly poison that infects his victims with a ghoulish grin as they die while laughing uncontrollably. The Clown Prince has moderate skill in hand-to-hand combat. Over the years, it’s been shown that although Batman’s stronger, Joker’s faster, more agile, and able to hold his own; however, he was subdued every time. The madman cheated death on many occasions, even in seemingly inescapable situations. Though he’d been caught in explosions, shot repeatedly, dropped from heights, electrocuted, etc, Joker always managed to return fully alive and unscathed to wreak havoc again.

It’s time to begin, isn’t it? I get a little bit bigger but then, I’ll admit I’m just the same as I was… Now don’t you understand? I’m never changing who I am.

Slade is a calm and composed individual, remaining an enigma to enemies and allies alike. As a result, not much is known of his true personality, although the comparison has been made on multiple occasions that he and Robin share similar traits, such as an intense dislike to lose. Although many don’t know Slade’s intentions to fight, it is made clear a couple times: Slade quoted “Always the quiet ones” and “Betrayal. Destruction. Revenge.” These may reference his son Joseph because he can’t talk, and the incident leading up to him unable to talk (and Slade losing his right eye) was because of Slade supposedly betraying his family, which led to the destruction of his home. The epitome of an evil mastermind, Slade is clever and calculating, never coming into view unless he has complete advantage, and flees the moment it’s compromised. A master manipulator, he prefers to bait others into traps rather than directly confront them and uses his robotic minions to their fullest extent. Using his intelligence and charisma, he exploits weaknesses and fears. Slade admitted to feeling no remorse for any of his crimes, saying “It’s what I do best” when Robin told him that everything that he’d ever done only made people suffer.
